My name is Dean Hartman and I understand that you as a customer would like individual, unique, and personal pieces of jewellery. Any jewellery that I hand make in my established workshop is made entirely for you, to your desired specification.

In 2007 I will have been making fine jewellery for 20 years, mainly supplying to the jewellery trade and a few selected retailers. I studied all aspects of jewellery making at Sir John Cass Faculty of Arts in London. Following this I served a 5 year apprenticeship in the heart of London's jewellery centre, Hatton Garden. Here I was taught techniques and skills that have been passed on for generations in the craft of making fine jewellery in 18 carat gold and platinum.

In 2006, for the first time, I am able to give an opportunity for the public to deal directly with my workshop, so that the customer can discuss any items that they wish to have made with the craftsman who is going to make their individual piece, at whatever budget they can afford. This gives you the chance to have a more personal piece of jewellery made, with your input in design and style you require, with any guidance or advice you need.
